This Is A Very Thin Knife So Care Must Be Taken To Not Use It On Bones Or Really Hard Veg Such As Butternut Squash But Despite Its Laser Profile, The Gs+ Still Feels Good In Hand And Doesn’T Particularly Flex Which Is Impressive For Such A Thin Profile.

This Is A Semi-Stainless Knife So Whilst It Won’T Need The Care Of A Full Carbon Knife, It Isn’T Completely Stainless And Does Develop A Very Mild Patina Along The Core Steel Edge Over Time.
